Sunrise Yoga?

Many say the best time to do yoga is the first thing in the morning.

At Yoga at the Commons, we are a group of dedicated teachers and practitioners who believe that Yoga should be fun, healing and ultimately transformative. Classes are offered in a range of levels and styles so you can craft the practice that's just right for you. Most of our yoga classes are Hybrid simultaneously live-streamed on Zoom and In Person

We have always recognized the importance of community. Our classes are held in the
Whitneyville Cultural Commons which was created to preserve these historical buildings
as a resource for the local community.

We offer 20 classes a week, from early morning to evening, and our highly trained teachers are members of the local community – a diverse group with thousands of collective hours of training in a variety of styles.

are optional but always welcome.
We continue to use Corsi-Rosenthal air filters in both of our studio spaces to purify the air.
