Sarah has a strong belief that yoga is for anyone, inclusive of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and body sizes. Her teaching style focuses on building stability and balance within a healthy range of motion. She emphasizes alignment and the union of breath with movement to teach classes centered on safe, mindful yoga practice. 

A yoga practitioner for 20 years, Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2017. She continues to learn more about yoga every day, and enjoys sharing that knowledge and inspiring others through her teaching.

Sarah’s “day job” is in biostatistics, and her other interests off the mat include art, dance, food, reading, karaoke, and spending time with her husband, friends, and rescue cats.

  • BA in Fine Art and English

  • Masters in Public Health
